Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Customers can cancel their order before it is dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at 95006 19700.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, request a return or refund as per our refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • If the order is canceled before dispatch.
  • If the product is out of stock after the order is placed.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, customers must contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Customers must provide clear images of the damaged/defective item and the order details.
  • Once the request is approved, refunds will be processed within  5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that have been used or tampered with.
  • Perishable items (such as vegetables and spinach) that are not reported as damaged within the specified timeframe.
  • Orders canceled after the product has been shipped.

5. Return Process

  • If a return is required, our team will arrange a pickup or request the customer to return the product to a designated address.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
